Saturday ECR - 12 Hour Mini - I need 17 CW's
Sunday ECR - Sprint Races - I need 22 CW's

*****I have received several questions about working the 12 hour race. Normally, CW's are on track at 7:30 and we get off track around 7:15pm. This race is scheduled to be over at 8pm so we are going to treat it as a regular CW day.******

Please do not post more than once to request corner working. If you see the post, I see the post.

I will respond as soon as I can, I am a volunteer just like you and have other commitments. If you are trying to make plans, and you have scheduled more than 1-1/2 Weeks BEFORE the race, 99.99% you will have a spot, so make your travel plans and don't wait for me to answer.

If you have questions....we have a forum for that! Just look in the Q&A under Corner Worker Information because someone has probably asked it before.

I try and keep all CW business in here, so email me for questions but post your request here please.

WORK DAY RULES
Just because I confirm you in this thread DOES NOT mean you get a corner. You have a reservation which will likely be given to someone else if you do not show up at the track ON TIME. Track check in is at 6:30am Sharp.

You get assigned your corner when you show up so please to not request a corner ahead of time.

When you get to the Gate at the track, tell the gate you are Corner Working. They have a gate list with you on it. You Do Not have to pay to get in the gate when you are Corner Working.

PLEASE BRING A CHAIR, A SMALL COOLER, AND SOME SNACKS AND DRINKS. Especially if it is Hot. We provide water and lunch, but I cannot run waters to each corner all day, so plan ahead!

Lastly, THANK YOU for Corner Working. You guys are the only reason the racers get to race and why we depend so heavily on you commitment!

Hi barry this is chris hamilton I need to be taken off the corner worker list as I had signed up for sunday may 2nd and I have decided to wait to get my sunday requirment furfilled. And just a question I was wondering why my name was on the over due list because I worked on saturday at the first Ecr event of the year? And I was also wondering If there was any way I could work the saturday at Hallett in exchange for a sunday because I am going to make every event and would like to not have to miss a round to flag and had heard ya'll had made some other trades in exchange for helping after the races on sunday's as I would be more than happy to do that aswell thanks.

Howdy Chris. The reason you are on the over due list is because you are over due
Seriously though, after you get your license, you have to complete your cornerworking in about 60 days if you are coming to races. You can do it all up front. Do 1 day as you did, then race the next event (TWS) but after that I am looking for you to let me know what's up.
Working at Hallett on Saturday is fine if you stay and load equipment Sunday evening. Let me know. Thanks!!
